The Main Hall

The Main Hall was custom-designed and built using reclaimed and recycled materials from across Western Australia, with premium amenities to elevate client and guest experience.

    • 208 square metres of internal space with 6-metre-high skillion ceilings

    • Fully equipped built-in bar with a commercial cool room and a 300kg ice machine

    • In-house sound system with roving microphone and multiple input points for DJs and live musicians

    • Dimmable festoon lighting throughout

    • Premium bathroom facilities

    • 24-metre enclosed veranda with bar access, plus a multi-use secondary veranda

    • Wheelchair and pram-friendly throughout

    • Sealed driveway and an 84-bay bitumen carpark with overflow parking options

    • Undercover main entrance with vehicle access

Lawns

Our lawns are maintained year-round and can be configured for a wide range of event layouts, with or without marquees

    • Main Lawn — 850m² with lakefront boardwalk

    • Boardwalk East — 1,250m² with 55-metre lakefront boardwalk

    • Treasure Lawn— 5,700m² with uninterrupted lake views

Cape Austin

A secluded multi-use outdoor event space, a three-minute walk across the lake from the Main Hall.

  • Wine barrels, cocktail tables, high bar tables and stools

  • Modular lounge suites

  • Modular corner stage (three size configurations)

  • Bar accessories, including glassware (200 each for wine, sparkling and water)
