Alternative options to suit your vibe

If you’re after something specific — a festival-style event, a particular cuisine, a unique culinary concept, or something else entirely — we welcome alternative fully self-sufficient catering providers, including food trucks and mobile vans.

Bar facilities & inclusions

Our kitted-out, in-built bar features two-way access, a commercial-sized cool room, a 300kg ice machine and glass washers.

We also provide glassware and just about everything else required to keep the drinks flowing.

BYO

We’re a BYO venue with no corkage fees, giving you complete freedom to curate your own bar menu.

If you’d like guidance, we’re happy to recommend trusted local beverage suppliers who can deliver cold on the day and accept returns on unopened stock. Supplier details are available on enquiry.

Beverage service

When Supper Road is your caterer, their folks also run the bar. This service is included in their per-head menu pricing, unless otherwise specified.

If you opt for an alternative caterer, we’ll run the bar, which will be quoted separately to venue hire.

Both options include open-and-pour service at the Main Hall bar only. If you’d like to serve cocktails or spirits, offer tray service, or have drinks served somewhere else on the farm, these can absolutely be accommodated and will be quoted separately.

Mobile bars & specialty beverage providers

We love having mobile beverage providers here, such as cocktail caravans, tap beer vans, slushie carts and coffee vans. They can be offered alongside our open-and-pour service or as stand-alones, becoming a fun focal point for your event.
